Even though life has changed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, not drinking alcohol at all or drinking no more than two standard drinks per day is recommended to maintain good health.

 

In addition to potentially affecting sleep quality, levels of anxiety may increase the day after drinking alcohol. This may adversely affect staff who are already anxious about coronavirus (COVID-19).
