Tips and activities

As Premier’s Active April was changed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we switched to promote Live Lighter’s Move More April campaign and have been running it internally, plus some under the title SCHS Connection. It has been formatted as a daily Zoom session at 2.30pm for 15mins and includes both meditation and exercise activities.


It has been successful in reinforcing wellbeing while working from home and we plan to continue it indefinitely. Our CEO has supported the challenge with her Executive Assistant sending staff recurring meeting requests.


The sessions are now being shortened for Facebook and are promoted, in accessible format, to the community.
