Tips and activities
Different teams at Cancer Council Victoria has introduced several activities to encourage connectedness including:
- eModule about how to work remotely including tips on maintaining mental health and wellbeing
- daily virtual team catch ups, using emojis to share how each staff member is feeling that day
- sharing positive new stories from around the world
- weekly afternoon online workouts led by a personal trainer
- daily 15-minute online stretching sessions.
