Tips and activities

Felix participates in a daily yoga session, he watches Cosmic Kids yoga videos and practises the different moves with his family. The yoga sessions have helped to promote physical activity and mental wellbeing by being mindful of how the body moves and feels, it also has helped Felix be more aware of his emotions.


Another activity Felix regularly does is star jumps, a great one for cardio fitness. Before, during and after the star jumps, Felix monitors his heart rate and breathing to be more aware of the changes to his body when he gets active.
