Tips and activities
Each week the wellbeing page is updated to provide new mindfulness activities for the students. This week's focus is Empathy, and provides different activities for the students according to year level, such as writing letters, the rainbow challenge and kindness messages. There is also a 'mindfulness chat' video with a teacher. The page also provides links to the Resilience Project and mental health and wellbeing support services.
